These terms and conditions apply in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and are binding on all registered and unregistered users. Account & Eligibility Conditions
Registration Eligibility
To open an account at f1111, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh. Each individual may operate only one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete, and any changes to that information must be reported to us immediately. f1111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account registered with false information. Providing your correct mobile number and email address at the time of registration is mandatory.
Account Security
Keeping your account login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility, and sharing your password with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, please notify our support team immediately. It is recommended that you use a strong password for account security and change it regularly. Any activity carried out on your account by a third party will be your sole responsibility. f1111 will never ask for your password via email or phone, so treat any such request as fraudulent.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Betting Rules
Payment & Transactions
All financial transactions at f1111 are conducted in Bangladeshi BDT (BDT / ৳) and local payment methods are supported. Once a deposit is made, it will be automatically credited to your account wallet and will be immediately available for use. Completing identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before submitting a withdrawal request, and no withdrawal will be processed without verification. f1111 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if suspicious activity or fraudulent conduct is detected. Betting & Gaming Rules
At f1111, all offers and bonuses for sports betting and casino games are subject to their own terms and conditions, which users must read carefully. The f1111 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and no guarantee is made as to its suitability for any particular purpose. f1111 will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred if the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. f1111 also bears no responsibility for any problems arising from third-party payment gateways or external services. We are committed to ensuring the best possible service at all times; however, users are solely responsible for any losses caused by internet or device-related issues.
Account Termination
If a user violates these terms and conditions, f1111 may suspend or terminate their account without prior notice. Users may also request to close their own account at any time; however, the account will be permanently closed only after any existing balance has been settled. Following account termination, all user data will be retained for a period determined in accordance with our privacy policy. To reactivate a terminated account, users must contact our support team. If an account is terminated by f1111's decision due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be resolved in a competent court of Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion, and for this purpose users may contact our support team. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be referred to mediation. If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully in force. The Bengali version of the f1111 terms and conditions is definitive, and in the event of any translation error, the original Bengali text shall prevail.
